Booking Policy: Below are the details for the payment of the 50%%non refundable booking fee.

When booking with WellGel a Nailz and Beauty a 50% Non refundable booking fee is required to confirm the date and time and all treatments at the time of making the appointment. Please use the details above to make the 50% non refundable booking fee within 30 minutes otherwise the appointment will get released for other people to book.
Appointment Policy
Please arrive to your appointment on time.
We cannot amend appointments at the appointment, if you have booked for a gel mani and pedi for example and decide at the appointment you don't want the pedi done now, we can't change that, that is what will happen at the appointment.
Cancellation policy
I understand time to time things change and you need to cancel or reschedule your beauty appointment. To maintain the highest level of efficiency and convenience for our clients. All I ask is to give us 48 hours notice prior to your appointment failure to notify me within this time will incur a charge of 100% of the overall cost.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be charged and may have lost your appointment. If you do not show up at all you are responsible for 100% of the amount of scheduled service.
**Christmas week 16th -23rd No appointments can be moved, cancelled or transferred.
If you cancel within 48 hours notice you are responsible for 100% of the amount. This amount is payable immediately via cash, BACS. payment. Sorry we do not accept cheques.
This policy is also applicable to anything covid related. This is my job not just a hobby thank you for your understanding.
