Booking Policy: Below are the details for the Bacs payment of the 50% non refundable booking fee of the treatment cost, subject to a minimum non-refundable fee of £30.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Treatments under £30 requires full payment non-refundable fee in advance.
Treatments £30-£60 requires a £30 non refundable booking fee.
Treatments over £60 requires 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
Payments must be made within 1 hour of booking by BACS or cash,

Your appointment is not confirmed until the payment has been received. the booking fee is deducted from the scheduled treatment balance.
Appointment Policy
Please arrive to your appointment on time.
No children can attend appointments, please attend alone.
We cannot amend appointments at the appointment, if you have booked for a gel mani and pedi for example and decided at the appointment you don't want the pedi done now, we can't change that, that is what will happen at the appointment.
Cancellation policy
I understand sometimes things change and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
To maintain the highest level of efficiency and convenience for our clients.To avoid a cancelation charge, please give us 48 hours notice prior to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.
**Christmas week 16th -23rd No appointments can be moved, cancelled or transferred.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your apointment may need to be shortened or cancelled. You will still be responsible 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notie, you will be charged 100% of thes scheduled treatment cost. No further bookings can be booked in until the outstanding amount is paid.
Any cancellation or no show charges are payable immediately by bacs or cash, BACS. Cheques are not accepted
This policy also applies to if you need to cancel due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances or anything covid related. As a small business i am often unable to fill the appointment time at short notice, This is my job not just a hobby thank you for your understanding and respecting my time and business.
