Every booked appointment you do need to pay a 50% non refundable booking fee by bank transfer,  which is taken off the treatment at the end.

The booking fee does need to be paid within 30 minutes please otheriwse the appointment is released so other people can book.

Anything under £30 is full payment.

I understand time to time things change and you need to cancel or reschedule your beauty appointment. To maintain the highest level of efficiency and convenience for our clients.To cancel appointments please give us a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment failure to notify me within this time will incur a charge of 100% of the overall cost.  “Fashionably late is great for going out with your friends, but is tragic on the therapist. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be charged and may have lost your appointment. If you do not show up at all , you are responsible for 100% of the amount of the scheduled service no further bookings will be booked until this is paid. This amount is payable immediately via cash, BACS payment. This policy is also applicable to anything covid related.
