  • Every booked appointment you do need to pay a 50% non refundable booking fee by bank transfer,  which is taken off the treatment at the end.

    The booking fee does need to be paid within 30 minutes please otheriwse the appointment is released so other people can book.

    £30 IS THE MINIMUM FEE ANYTHING UNDER £30 REQUIRES FULL PAYMENT WHICH IS NON REFUNDABLE.

     

    I understand time to time things change and you need to cancel or reschedule your beauty appointment. To maintain the highest level of efficiency and convenience for our clients.To cancel appointments please give us a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment failure to notify me within this time will incur a charge of 100% of the overall cost.  “Fashionably late is great for going out with your friends, but is tragic on the therapist. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be charged and may have lost your appointment. If you do not show up at all , you are responsible for 100% of the amount of the scheduled service no further bookings will be booked until this is paid. This amount is payable immediately via cash, BACS payment. This policy is also applicable to anything covid related.

    This is my job not just a hobby thank you for your understanding.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAILS FOR THE BACS PAYMENT DETAILS OF THE NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE. 

A non refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. 

The booking fee is 50% of the scheduled treatment cost, subject to a  minimum non-refundable booking fee of £30.00.

Example £40 appointment is a £30 non refundable booking fee.

£90 appointment is £45 non refundable booking fee.

For appointments under £30, requires a full non refundable fee in advance.

Payment must be received  within 1 hour of booking by Bacs. 

Your appointmtment is not confirmed until the non-refundable booking fee has been received. If payment is not received within 1 hour, your appointment may be released to another client.
